Det. LLoyd Gladden is a senior Detective in the Youth & Family Services Unit, a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, and one of the most knowledgeable investigators at SMPD. He has handled and helped with many difficult and emotionally demanding cases over the years. He enjoys his work and looks forward to helping youth. He is approachable and has been a “got to” guy at SMPD for many years. He is humble, respectful, and sincerely cares for the people he works with all while maintaining a smile and great sense of humor.
